Ann Elaine Beasley, 68, Huntingburg
Ann Elaine Beasley, 68, of Huntingburg, died Sunday, July 18, at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville. She was born in Princeton August 27, 1952, to Robert Eugene and Betty (Woods) Beasley. She married John E. Birk October 1, 1999, at St. Rafael’s Catholic Church in Dubois.
Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from the Deaconess School of Nursing. She was a retired registered nurse and worked for Procter and Gamble as a pharmaceutical representative. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg and the Evansville Chapter of Rolling Thunder.
She is survived by her husband, John E. Birk; two sons, Seth Wagner and wife Stephanie, Owensburg, and Caleb Wagner and wife Katherine, Chelsea, Michigan; three brothers, Robert Beasley and wife Debra, Evansville, and John Beasley and wife Doris and Mark Beasley and wife Kathy, all of Princeton; and 10 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Georgette Krieg.
Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Thursday and from 9-9:45 a.m. Friday at Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. A prayer vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral services at 10 a.m. Friday at the church with burial following in Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Father Biju Thomas will officiate at the service.
