Henrietta M. Bieker, 82, Jasper
Henrietta M. Bieker, 82, of Jasper, died Monday, June 28, at Brookside Village in Jasper. She was born in St. Meinrad July 14, 1938, to Charles and Olivia (Graehler) Moeller . She married Robert J. Bieker July 16, 1960. He died May 30, 2021.
Henrietta retired from the Design Institute of America (DIA) where she worked in the packing department. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper and its women’s sodality. She volunteered her time at Holy Family helping with bereavement meals. For 20 years she helped facilitate activities at Brookside Village and enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, gardening, and watching her great-grandchildren play sports.
She is survived by three daughters, Christine Frederick and husband Jason, English, Michelle Schroeder and husband Greg, Jasper, and Sheila Bieker, Greenwood; one son, Ronald Bieker and wife Rita, Jasper; two sisters, Mary Jane Bieker and Martha Woebkenberg and husband Wayne; one granddaughter, Lisa Dooley and husband Greg; one grandson, Buddy Bieker; one step granddaughter, Falesha Stephens; two step grandsons, Tim and Troy Ennis; three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Luke and Brooklyn Dooley; and two step-great-grandchildren, TJ and Tyler Ennis.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Beth Englert, and one sister, Irma Moeller.
Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. Friday at Holy Family Church. Memorial contributions can be made to Holy Family Church and the Lange Fuhs Cancer Center.
