Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari plans to interview 750 prospective Team Members this weekend during its first-ever Virtual Hiring Event. Given the growing number of people who expect to travel in 2021, officials have increased their expected positions available from 2,000 to 2,200 this season.

“We’re still uncertain what our 2021 Season will bring,” says Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari President & CEO Matt Eckert. “We suspect a surge of interest in travel may arrive by mid-season, and we want to be prepared.” 2021-Jobs-Header.jpg

The weekend-long Virtual Hiring Event gives prospective Team Members an opportunity to schedule 15-minute phone interviews and chat online with Human Resources representatives to ask questions and learn more about working for Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari. Interview times are still available, and interested candidates should visit HolidayWorldJobs.com as soon as possible to fill out an application and set up their time for a phone interview.

“As always, there is no ‘mold’ of a perfect Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari Team Member,” adds Eckert. “We’re looking for energetic people who will go the extra mile to make our Guests’ days. We always say ‘It’s not whether you should work here, it’s where.’ We’re like a small city. With positions available in more than 20 departments, we have the perfect spot for you.”

Most of the park’s seasonal positions are available to applicants who will be 16 years and older by April. A limited number of jobs require a minimum age of 14 years on the date of application.

Retirees, educators, and other adults seeking seasonal employment are highly encouraged to apply. The departments with the most positions available are Food & Beverage, Ride Operations, Lifeguards, and Cleaning.

Job seekers should visit HolidayWorldJobs.com to fill out an online application.
