Very Successful week of early voting

Dubois County Clerk, Amy Kippenbrock reports that in person early voting in Dubois County has been very successful!  We had 1996 voters turn out to cast their votes the first week, October 6th – October 9th at the Courthouse Annex.

The Election Board met and approved more early voting hour options.

On Wednesday, October 14th at the Courthouse Annex we will be open 8 am – 8 pm.  The Jasper Downtown Chowdown event is open from 4pm-8pm, and we thought we should be open to let people come in to vote as well.  Come eat, shop and VOTE!

In addition, we will begin voting at the 35th Str. Fire Station in Jasper a week early.  We will now be open starting October 19th.  Dates and times for that location are October 19th – October 31st; Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm and Saturdays 8am – 3pm (no voting on Sundays).

Any registered voter in Dubois County may vote at any early voting location.

On Election Day, Nov. 3rd, registered voters must cast their vote at their precinct specific location.

Reminders: wear a mask, bring your photo id, and use hand sanitizer.
