Lucille Mae Rickelhoff, 88, Jasper

Lucille Mae Rickelhoff, 88, of Jasper, died Thursday, June 4, at Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper. She was born in Jasper November 20, 1931, to Jack and Gertrude (Oskins) King. She married Edward J. Rickelhoff December 14, 1974. He died July 31, 2008.

Lucille retired from Forest Products Manufacturing after 29 years of employment. She was a member of VFW Post 673, American Legion Post 147, and the Jasper Outdoor Recreation Center. She enjoyed volunteering at the VFW, visiting the casino, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Kemp, Jasper, and Sherry Cole and husband William, Dubois; two sons, Gail Gardner, Winslow, and James Gardner, Jasper; seven grandchildren, Jeremy and Andre Gardner, Jessica Kahle, William Cole, Jamie Sword, Diana Fischer, and Tammy Jones; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren and one on the way.

In addition to her parents and husband she was precerded in death by six sisters, Pearl, Mabel, Caroline, Betty, Helen Rose, and Ardella, and two brothers, Ernie and Daniel Wayne King.

Private funeral services will be held at Becher-Kluesner Funeral Home in Jasper with burial following in Fairview Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper or to a favorite charity. Online condolences can be shared at www.becherkluesner.com.
