Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Scheduled

Indiana (NNDC):

Local law enforcement is warning drivers to always drive sober with March being typically dangerous. In March of last year, there were 433 alcohol related crashes in Indiana, resulting in 205 injuries and five fatalities.

County law enforcement will join agencies from across the country for the annual Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over enforcement campaign. Officers will increase overtime patrols and sobriety checkpoints during the month to prevent dangerous and impaired driving.

March is known for alcohol related incidents due to celebrations including St. Patrick’s Day and the NCAA tournament.
