Zehr Named 2016 LCM Award Recipient
Jasper (Local Sources) – David Zehr, NP-C has been named the 2016 recipient of the Little Company of Mary Award at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. The LCM Award is given annually to an employee nominated by his or her co-workers and chosen from a group of finalists by the hospital’s Mission Committee. Nominees for this award demonstrate Memorial Hospital’s mission and core values through their daily work.
Upon receiving the award, Zehr shared the honor with his co-workers. “This is a prestigious award. It takes a great team in order to receive such recognition. Everyone I have worked with at Memorial Hospital has contributed to my professional development. Additionally, I am so grateful and thankful to work with a great team here at French Lick Family Medicine. Misty Smith, Breanna Brosmer, and Shanntel Corbett make me look good.”
Zehr is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Memorial Hospital and has worked at the locations of Santa Claus Family Medicine, Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center, and his current location of French Lick Family Medicine. He grew up in the Paoli community, where he currently resides. He and his wife, Shari, have two adult children, Bryan Zehr and Erin Spaulding, and one grandchild, Wyatt.
