Louise C. ‘Weezy” Ubelhor, 70, Jasper
Louise C. “Weezy” Ubelhor, 70, of Jasper, died Sunday (July 26) at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper. She was born in Huntingburg December 4, 1944, to Raymond and Marie (Troesch) Rickelman.
Weezy was a homemaker and worked at Inwood for several years. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, the St. Ann’s Society, and the Ferdinand American Legion. She enjoyed collecting redbirds, playing cards and bingo, and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Zehr, and husband, Clyston (J.R.), Jasper; one son, Donnie Ubelhor and wife, Terri, Holland; four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; three sisters, Ardella Beier, Fulda, Mona Harding and husband Billy, Tell City, and Janice Faulkenberg, Plainfield; and one sister-in-law, Martha Rickelman, Ferdinand.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Lela Winkler, and one brother, Flavian “Flip” Rickelman.
Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. The St. Ann’s Society will pray a rosary at 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
