This full-time, Jasper-based position will be responsible for administration,
support, and marketing to generate sales growth through government and
institutional contracts, while also building relationships with key contributors
and coordinating all contract-related responsibilities.


Responsibilities and Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Support ongoing servicing of current federal, state, GSA, and institutional contracts
• Provide feedback and recommendations for contract and project bids as needed
• Collaborate with support teams on opportunities and ensure successful customer experiences
• Monitor bid activities and communications to provide the best solutions
• Regularly search government websites to investigate sales opportunities
• Maintain dashboard to track sales volumes, progress, and detailed win/loss evaluations to
determine best practices for future opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem solver and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
• Ability multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in commercial office furniture sales support and/or
customer service; background in product application and industry marketplace interaction
• Experience with project coordination related to the sales and support of office furniture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), spec software, and Adobe Pro
