24/7 Wall Street recently published a list of the Top 50 places to live in the United States.  24/7  is a Delaware corporation which runs a financial news and opinion company with content delivered over the Internet.  The Top 50 where chosen from a weighted index of 25 measures that fall into one of four categories; affordability, economy, quality of life and community.
