Donald D. Neukam, 83, Dubois

Donald D. Neukam, 83, of Dubois, died Thursday, August 8, at Golden Living Woodbridge Nursing Center in Evansville. He was born in Martin County September 17, 1935, to William and Elsie (Bauer) Neukam.

Donald served in the Indiana Army National Guard. He was a farmer and sold insurance for many years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by two daughters, two daughters, Shelley Fehribach and husband Eric, Jasper, and Holly Butler, Elk Grove, California; five grandchildren, Dylan Fehribach, Keila and Slade Butler, Leia Grand and husband Patrick, and Tyia Colfescu; four great-grandchildren, Malia and Mason Tye and Henry and Violet Grand; and one sister, Joan Burress, Fischers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elsie Neukam.

Friends may call from 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper. Memorial contributions can be made to a favorite charity. Online condolences can be shared at www.becherkluesner.com. Funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial following in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery at the Dubois Crossroads. Pastor Tim Holt will officiate.
