Destination Huntingburg Hosting 2nd Annual The Farmers Table Event

Destination Huntingburg is hosting its second annual The Farmers Table event on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Market Street Park. The annual event is a farm-to-table outdoor dining experience that will feature a freshly-prepared five-course meal to be cooked on-site by Certified Executive Chef Tim Flick, using locally sourced foods. The event will showcase local farmers and food suppliers while celebrating food grown and produced in and around Huntingburg.

 

“We had a tremendous response for The Farmers Table last year, which was a sold-out event,” says Destination Huntingburg Executive Director Sarah Flamion. “We feel the change in venue to Market Street Park will only add to the enjoyable atmosphere established last year, and we are confident this event will continue to grow.”

Happy hour with wine and beer sampling and a cash bar will take place from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. with the meal to follow. All proceeds go towards growing and sustaining the Huntingburg Farmers Market.
