A Busy Night in High School Sports

Dubois County (NNDC):  The Jasper Wildcats improve to 9-1 on the season with a 2-0 win on the baseball diamond over Heritage Hills.   Trevor Krapf picks up the win on the mound for Jasper.  Up next for Jasper is Princeton on Tuesday night as they will host the Tigers at Ruxer field.   In high school Softball, the Forest Park Rangers pick up another win on the season with a 5-4 win over Perry Central in 8 innings.  Allyson Werner earned the victory for the Rangers.   Also victorious on Monday was the Northeast Dubois Jeeps as they defeated Orleans 6-2.  Camryn Stemle was credited with the W on the mound for the Jeeps.   A complete run down of scores from around the county are listed below.

Northeast Dubois 3 – Barr Reeve 2 (Winners for the Jeeps were Chloe Terwiske (#1 Singles), Olivia Rasche (#2 Singles), Olivia Schroering/Delaney Rasche (#2 Doubles)

Pike Central 4 – Forest Park 1 (Sophomores Molly Lusk and Kaylee Uebelhor were winners in #1 Doubles for Forest Park)
