Ferdinand Police arrested a Louisville man overnight after a couple of separate incidents.

Supposedly, 41-year-old Kevin Funk was distracted and drove into a ditch on South Industrial Road a little after 9 Monday evening.

Police officers discovered his plates were revoked and he also was driving without  insurance.  He was subsequently ticketed and his vehicle was towed.

Then, a little after 10:00 PM., police made contact with Funk again.  This time at the Circle A.  Police say he asked the clerk for cigarettes and exited without paying.
