Dubois County Bombers Steam Roll over Railroaders

Huntingburg (NNDC):  The Dubois County Bombers collect 18 hits on Wednesday night to steam roll over the Fulton Railroaders with a 13-5 victory.   The win is 3 straight for the Bombers which brings their record up to 8-8.   Dubois County took an early lead plating 2 in the top of the first, but Fulton responded in the bottom half and took the lead by scoring three which included a two run shot by Sam Stohr.   The lead was short lived for the Railroaders as Dubois County plated 3 in the 3rd inning behind a pair of homeruns by Josh McDonald and Gavin Napier. The Bombers added 4 more runs in the 4th and never looked back.

Jack Anderson picked up the win for Dubois County.   Anderson allowed five runs on eleven hits, striking out nine and walking one.   The Bombers return home to League Stadium tonight (Thursday) and host the Madisonville Miners.  First pitch is set for 7pm Eastern.
