Jasper Reds and Dubois County Bombers to play in first ever BLUEGRASS WORLD SERIES

The Japser Reds first walked on a Baseball field in 1893, and are possibly the oldest semi-pro baseball team still in existence today.  The Jasper Reds along with the Dubois County Bombers and the Hoptown Hoppers have been invited to play in the first ever 2018 Bluegrass World Series to be held at Louisville Slugger Field July 30 -August 4th featuring games with the Louisville Stars which will include former major league players.  Events inlcude the Chipper Jones Hall of Fame Game and the Louisville Stars salutes Johnny Bench Night.
