Santa Arrived in Downtown Jasper Friday!

Santa Claus arrived in downtown Jasper Friday and he is still a very popular guy as many parents and grandparents brought their children to see that jolly ole elf.

Santa officially kicked off the Christmas season with his arrival to the downtown fire department where he greeted children then climbed on JFD Rescue 1 and road to his special house along with many parents and children dressed up as Christmas packages with ribbons and bows. The Jasper band students played jingle bells and other favorites for the ride as well.  Santa will be at his special house to greet the children from noon to 3 p.m. tomorrow and Sunday (November 25-26) and from 5-8 p.m. Friday, December 1. He will then be there from noon to 3 p.m. December 2-3-9-10-16-17-and 23.
