UPDATE (11:55PM Thursday) – Both men wanted in connection with Monday’s theft of video games from the Jasper Swap Shop are now in custody.

Jasper police Caleb Graves turned himself at about 7pm Thursday after police released photos of him and a second man earlier in the day Thursday asking for the public’s help in identifying the two.

The 27-year old Graves is from St. Meinrad.  The second suspect identified is 27-year old Phillip Raetz of Bristow.

Raetz was booked into the Dubois County Security Center at about 8:30pm Thursday.

Police say the two stole more than $230 worth of video games from the Jasper Swap Shop on Monday.

JPD says it wishes to thank the public for its help in identifying the two men earlier in the day on Thursday.

Jasper (NNDC) – Thanks to the public, the Jasper Police Department have identified two men who police says stole video games from the Jasper Swap Shop this past Monday.

JPD says the men entered the store, located in the 400 block of Third Avenue at about 2:40pm Monday and stole a total of 19 video games.

Police say the two men left the store and headed north on Third Avenue in what appeared to be a white or silver Mazda hatchback.

JPD today asked for the public’s help in identifying the two men even released photos taken from the store’s video surveillance cameras.

Police say the two men were identified with the public’s help this after, not long after releasing the photos.

No word yet from JPD if the suspects have been taken into custody.
