Mark AldridgeMark E. Aldridge, 55, of Winslow, died Tuesday (May 9) at his home. He was born in Princeton September 29, 1961, to Jack and Patricia (Serig) Aldridge.

Mark worked as a heavy equipment operator for Peabody Coal Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, riding motorcycles, and working on cars.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly (Henke) Aldridge; three sons, Matthew E. Aldridge, Winslow, Mitchell W. Aldridge, Jasper and Jon Hooper, Evansville; one daughter, Kaylyn Hooper, Winslow; one sister, Angie Kern, Jasper; one brother, Scott Aldridge, Ferdinand; one half-sister, Nicole Kammerer, Somerville; and one half-brother, David Powers, Winslow.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one half-brother, Terry Braunecker.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. Memorial contributions can be made to the Chemo Buddies program in Evansville. Online condolences may be shared online at www.nassandson.com. Funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial following in Cup Creek Cemetery near Velpen. Pastor Terry Beadles will officiate at the service.
