Birdseye (NNDC) – The Dubois County Sheriff’s Department and other area says it is continuing to search for a man it says is a suspect in multiple thefts, including vehicle thefts, in Dubois and surrounding counties.

DCSD is looking for 34-year-old Dennis “Denny”Burgdorf (pictured) whose last known address is 8420 West Sinclair Road in Birdseye.

DCSD describes Burgdorf as being 5′ 10″, weighing about 180 pounds.

He has black hair that is normally cut short.

He has several tattoos including one that says “Kelsey” on the right side of his neck (pictured).

DCSD says several of the stolen vehicles have been recovered, but one, a red 2004 Ford F-450 Super Duty pickup truck with a utility bed.

DCSD says the truck has an Indiana license plate (TK973LGT).

DCSD says anyone with any information as to Burgdorf’s current whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.  All callers can be kept confidential.
