NNDC-TV 183 Is Off The Air For “Technical Repairs”

NNDC-TV-LOGO-TV-SET-300x271-1Jasper (NNDC) – What is called a encoder has failed in NNDC-TV’s transmission to its cable “head-end” in Columbus.

NNDC general manager Ron Spaulding says the encoder failed sometime Thursday evening.

“The technicians from Charter Communications (the parent company) of Spectrum Cable are working on problem,” said Spaulding.

“It appears to be a piece of equipment at our Jasper studio, so Charter (Spectrum) techs from outside the local area are going to have to come to Jasper to fix the issue which we hope will be sometime today (Friday).

NNDC-TV will resume programming once the issue is resolved.
