Newburgh Man Arrested For Battery At Real Estate Closing

rosingHuntingburg (NNDC) – A Newburg man allegedly got upset during a real estate closing, day at the Huntingburg branch of Freedom Bank ended with him in the Dubois County Security Center charged with Battery.

Arrested was 59-year old Glenn Rosing (pictured).  Huntingburg police say Rosling apparently became so angry during the closing he first verbally assaulted the victim before walking up to him and began punching the man in the face.

Rosing then left the bank at 14th and Main (U. S. 231). ¬†He was located a short time later at the CVS Pharmacy at 6th and Main by a Dubois County Sheriff’s deputy.

No details as to what it was that made Rosing get upset.

The incident happened at about 1:20 Tuesday afternoon.
