Chris MundyChris Gerald Mundy, 44, of Washington, died Tuesday (June 28) at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Jasper December 7, 1971, to Orville and Bernadette (Humbert) Mundy. He married Natalie Alford December 11, 2015 in Jasper.

Chris was a self-employed construction worker. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family, rock ‘n roll, riding his Harley Davidson, spending time with friends, and cooking. He was a member of Washington Eagles Club.

He is survived by his wife, Natalie (Alford) Mundy; five daughters, Justice Mundy, Stormi Cole, Tyanna Graber, Lillian Miller and Sarah Graber; two sons, Scott Mundy and Jacob Graber; seven brothers, Larry Mundy and wife Kathy and Joe Mundy and wife Tammy, all of Ferdinand; Tom Mundy and wife Jodi, Huntingburg, Gary Mundy and partner Jayne Hurst, and Kevin Mundy, all of St. Anthony, Patrick Mundy, Dale, and Mark Mundy and wife Linda and Steve Mundy, all of Birdseye; five sisters, Rebecca Taylor, Evansville, Ruth Sterling and husband Elisha, Washington, Mary Mundy and partner William Robinson, Ferdinand, Karen Beckman and husband Mark, St. Anthony, and Elaine Duncan, Huntingburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Bernadette Mundy.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday and from 7-9:30 a.m Saturday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand. There will be a graveside service at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Ferdinand Church Cemetery.
