2016 “Ride To Remember” Is This Weekend (with VIDEO)

Jasper (NNDC) – The 2016 Southwest Indiana Patriot Guard’s “Ride To Remember” will honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice protesting our country and way of life.

The Ride to Remember begins at 10:00 (EST) Saturday morning at the American Red Cross in Evansville (29 South Stockwell Road) and continue on through southwest Indiana including Dubois County.

The Patriot Guard, a motorcycle group of veterans is organizing several memorial services for troops from the Tri-State who have died in the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts.

They will honor 16 men and women over the two days.  The “Ride” will visit the gravesites of SFC David Moore and CPL Eric Lueken at St. Rafael’s Catholic Church Cemetery at 2:00PM (EST) Sunday.  The “Ride” will then visit the gravesite of LCPL Alec Terwiske at St. Celestine Catholic Church in Celestine at 2:20PM.
