Rosemary HohlRosemary Hohl, 89, of Huntingburg, died Sunday at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper. She was born in St. Anthony November 14, 1926, to William and Catherine (Bonifer) Fleck. She married Jerome A. Hohl September 11, 1948, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg.

Rosemary worked as a cook in the St. Mary’s School cafeteria and as a furniture factory worker. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Huntingburg and loved doing needlework and spending time with her family.

She is survived by one Son, Kerry Hohl, Huntingburg; one daughter, Jane Wendholt and husband John, Huntingburg; a very dear friend, Faye Ransome, Huntingburg; three grandchildren, Kim Butler, Abbey Hohl, and Tracy Eckstein; two step grandchildren, Jason Evans and Deborah Walter; five great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; and two step great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call for from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Nass & Son Funeral Home
in Huntingburg. A parish rosary prayer vigil will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Mary’s Church. Condolences may be shared online at www.nassandson.com. Funeral services at 10 a.m. (EDT) Thursday at St. Mary’s Church with burial following in the church cemetery.
