Additional Charges Filed In “Skimmer” Investigation

JASPER (NNDC) – A Louisville man faces additional felony charges after he was re-arrested by Jasper police Friday afternoon.

Jasper police say 28-year old Roberto Moner was initially arrested December 28th on charges in Jasper stemming from an investigation into the use of a skimmer device to obtain identity information.

Police say Moner was taken into custody Friday for additional charges filed against him in Ferdinand when he returned to the Jasper Police Department headquarters on east Sixth Street to pick up personal items from the December arrest.

Moner now faces additional charges of two counts of Level 6 felony Fraud, two Level 6 counts of identity deception and two Class A misdemeanor counts of theft.
