Huntingburg Christmas Stroll Begins Sunday

Christmas Stroll SantaHUNTINGBURG (NNDC) – The annual Huntingburg Christmas Stroll is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The Stroll begins at 10 o’clock Sunday morning and continues through November 15, featuring the joys of a Victorian Christmas in the heart of Huntingburg’s downtown historic district.

The Christmas Stroll, which marks the official start of the holiday season, is scheduled each day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Huntingburg’s historic 4th Street featuring antique and specialty shops, unique eateries, a holiday home tour, carriage rides, shopping, carolers, photos with Santa, a popular cookie walk and more.


Sunday November 8 – Holiday Home Tour.

Monday November 9 – Lantern Launch.

Tuesday November 10 – Official Tree Lighting and Light Up 4th Street, Story Time at the Library.

Wednesday November 11 – Mistletoe Trot Walk

Thursday November 12 – “Give Back Day” Bring in canned goods and receive a discount or freebie from participating retailers.

Friday November 13 – Old fashioned Christmas characters, hospitality house and museum open.

Saturday November 14 – Carriage rides, Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus, museum open, celebration singers.

Sunday November 15 – Carriage rides, holiday parade, and cookie walk at Old Town Hall.
