At Clarksville, the Lady Wildcats finish 0-4 at Monday’s Providence Invitational. Jasper fell to Seymour (14-25, 21-25), Bloomington South (16-25, 19-25), Brownstown (12-25, 19-25), and Indianapolis Roncalli (14-25, 21-25).

Michala Flamion led the Lady Wildcats with 22 kills in Jasper’s four games.

Mt. Vernon 4 Northeast Dubois 0

At Mt. Vernon, the Lady Jeeps give up two goals in both halves as they lose at Mt. Vernon Saturday. Northeast Dubois falls to 0-4-1 for the season.

North Posey 5 Forest Park 0

At Bretzville, the Lady Rangers fall to Pocket Athletic Conference foe North Posey 5-0. The Lady Rangers fall to 0-6 for the season; 0-2 in the PAC.

At Bloomington, the Lady Wildcats won finished this past weekend’s Hoosier Cup Tournament with a win over Plainfield. The Lady Cats go 1-1-1 in their three games after tying Evansville Mater Dei 3-3 on Friday and losing to Terre Haute North earlier in the day on Saturday.

Madisyn Hunt scored two goals in the Lady Wildcats win over Plainfield. Chloe Smith scored Jasper’s other goal.

In the earlier match on Saturday, The Lady Patriots handed Jasper it’s first loss of the season. Olivia Ruckriegel scored Jasper’s only goal of the match.

On Friday, Samantha Kabrick scored two goals and Madisyn Hunt scored as well but Jasper could not hold off Evansville Mater Dei in their opening game of the Hoosier Cup Tournament settling for a 3-3 tie.

The Lady Wildcats finish the weekend with an 8-1-1 overall record.

BOYS SOCCER

Forest Park 3 North Posey 2

At Bretzville, Forest Park wins in a match that was decided in a “shoot-out” (penalty kicks) after two seven-minute overtime periods could not break a 2-2 tie between these Pocket Athletic Conference foes on Saturday.

Dylan Greulich had the winning goal for the Rangers. Noah Fleck and Braxton Sicard scored Forest Park’s other two goals in regulation.
