Jasper Man Facing Charges Including Possession Of Handgun Without A Permit

JASPER (NNDC) – Jasper police and Dubois County deputies arrested a local man and cited a female after investigating a complaint of possible drug activity at Bohnert Park.

Arrested was 24-year old Bryce Sadler. He’s charged with possesession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun without a permit.

He was located by JPD officers driving on the city’s southside late Tusdday afternoon near 2nd Street and 3rd Avenue. He was pulled over after he drove into the Los Bravos restaurant parking lot on South Newton at about 5:30pm.

A Sheriff’s K-9 unit was brought in and police say contraband and drug paraphernalia was found in his car along with a loaded 9mm handgun which was in a backpack.

Meanwhile, 19-year old Gina Kieffner of rural Jasper who was in the car with Sadler, was cited by police for possession of paraphernalia.
