Dearing & Main Lead Lady Raiders To Another Win; Knies & Hopf Pace Forest Park (SCOREBOARD)

Forest Park 42  North Posey 21

At Ferdinand, Forest Park doubles up North Posey 42-21 at home in a Pocket Athletic Conference matchup. Madison Knies and Taylor Hopf each with 10 points in the Lady Rangers’ win.  Forest Park is now 3-0 against team in Sectional 48 (2A).  Forest Park plays 5-15 Tell City in their season finale February 5th.   The Lady Rangers are 13-9 overall (5-2 in the PAC).

Southridge 48  Tecumseh 24 

At Lynnville,  the Lady Raiders win easily over Tecumseh in another PAC matchup.  Kadie Dearing another big night with 18 points… Aubrey Main added 14.  Southridge improves to 17-4 overall (7-1 in the PAC).

Vincennes Rivet 50  Northeast Dubois 38

At Dubois, Northeast Dubois loses to 1A #10 Vincennes Rivet at home on senior night 50-38 in a game that was tied at 30-all early in the fourth quarter against the two-time defending 1A state runners-up.

Liz Huebner was the only Lady Jeep in double figures with 10.  The loss drops Northeast Dubois to 12-9 overall (4-3 in the Blue Chip Conference).

Princeton 53  Jasper 36

At Princeton, the Big 8 Conference loss snaps the Lady Wildcats modest 3-game winning streak.  Princeton’s Jackie Young, only a junior, surpassed the 2000-point mark in her career during the game.  She had 26 points to lead the Lady Tigers.

Kirby Ruhe led the Lady Wildcats with 10.  Jasper falls to 10-12 overall (4-2 in the conference).
