Patricia E. Reinhart, 87, Holland

Patricia ReinhartPatricia E. Reinhart, 87, of Holland, died Saturday (September 13) at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper. She was born December 2, 1926, in Huntingburg to Harold C. and Leota H. (Helmerich) Frick. She married Russel “Eldo” Reinhart August 2, 1943, in Evansville.

Patricia was a graduate of Huntingburg High School. She worked at General Electric in Tell City, Whirlpool in Evansville, and Gossards in Huntingburg. She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ and a lifetime member of the VFW Post No. 2366 Auxiliary. She enjoyed camping, square dancing, sewing, fishing, and ceramics.

She is survived by her husband, Russel “Eldo” Reinhart; two daughters, Sherry Perkins and husband Doug, Ft. Pierce, Florida, and Sheila Fischer and husband Daniel, Indianapolis; two sons, Bruce Reinhart and wife Rachel, Jasper, and Jeff Reinhart and wife Karen, Holland; two brothers, Marvin Frick, Huntingburg, and Karl Frick, Green Cove, Florida; four sisters, Shirley Meyer, Jasper, Beverly Giesler, Birdseye, Brenda Gross, Evansville, and Marie Seibert, Huntingburg; 12 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Sonia Reinhart, one son, Kent Reinhart, five brothers, Wally, Buddy, Bill, Junie and Sonny Frick, three sisters, Helen Stobbe, Glenda Leibering, and Neta Wininger, one grandson, Adam Fischer, and one great-grandson, Erin Reinhart.

Services at 11 a.m. (EDT) Wednesday at the Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial following in Fairmount Cemetery. Pastor James Harris will officiate at the services. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. VFW Post No. 2366 Auxiliary will conduct a memorial service at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
