(ELNORA, IN) — A Daviess County woman was arrested Friday on a warrant for several drug charges out of Dubois County.  45-year old Jennifer Sellers was arrested Friday at her home in Elnora by Indiana State Police who transported her Dubois County where she is now charged with with a Class B felony count of Methamphetamine Possession; three Class C felony counts of Illegal Possession of a Controlled substance; a Class D felony count of Illegal Possession of a Legend (prescription) drug and misdemeanor counts of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of paraphernalia.

A Dubois County Sheriff’s Department spokesman says complaints from the public started their investigation into alleged drug use and possible dealing near Sellers’ former place of employment; The Cellular Connection (Verizon Wireless) at 3780 Newton Street in Jasper.   Sellers was a manager at the store.

Officers with DCSD, Jasper police and the Indiana State Police K9 Unit spoke with Sellers at the store back on June 30.  Police say they found in her possession methamphetamine, a methamphetimine pipe, marijuana and several types of controlled substances.

Police did not arrest her then, but did turn over the investigation to the Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office.  A warrant for Sellers’ arrest was issued last Wednesday.  DCSD learned Thursday, Sellers was no longer employed by The Cellular Connection.   ISP was contacted to make the arrest at Sellers’ home in Elnora on Friday morning.
