Two Arrested For OWI Following Separate Weekend Accidents

2014-03-22_16.17.44A Jasper man and a Martin County woman were arrested for driving while intoxicated following separate accidents over the weekend.

Dubois County deputies arrested 39-year old Clint Seitz of Jasper Saturday afternoon after crashing  his pickup truck along Kellerville Road just north of Cathy Lane.

Deputies say Seitz told them another vehicle forced him off the roadway.  Seitz was traveling southbound on Kellerville Road at the time of the accident which was about 3:45pm Saturday.

The truck went off the right side of the roadway and traveled about 75 feet before it appears Seitz then overcorrected his steering.  The truck then went left of center, down an embankment and into a water-filled ditch facing north (pictured).  The truck was a total loss.
