Vincent P. “Vince” Reynolds, 77, Owensboro, Kentucky

Vince ReynoldsVincent P. “Vince” Reynolds, 77, of Owensboro, Kentucky, died Saturday (March 16) at the Heartford House in Owensboro. He was born October 23, 1936, in Bloomington, to Paul G. and Mary Reynolds.

Vince was a 1955 graduate of Jasper High School and a member of the J.H.S. football team. He was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church in Owensboro. He loved to listen to “good” music and watch “good” movies. He also enjoyed spending time with his wife and family.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lynda Reynolds;  daughter, Lori R. Elder and husband Pat, Owensboro; two sons, Jed C. Reynolds and wife Lisha, and Kyle V. Reynolds, all of Owensboro; four grandchildren, C. Luke Reynolds and wife Brittany, and Courtney M., Austin W. and Andra M. Elder; one great-granddaughter,  Aliyah C. Reynolds; and one brother, Lanny Reynolds and wife Diane, Jasper.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Grace Eagan, and one brother, Rick Reynolds.

Services at noon Friday at Blessed Mother Catholic Church in Owensboro with burial following in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory in Owensboro. Prayers at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Blessed Mother Catholic Church and Hospice of Western Kentucky.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
