Areas of Dubois County Got Up To Nine Inches Of Snow On Friday; NWS Issues Special Weather Statement

The National Weather Service in Louisville says some areas of Dubois County got up to nine inches of snow on Friday. All reporting stations across the county registered between seven and nine inches of snow during the day on Friday.

Now the National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement for the rest of the weekend. NWS sats expect light accumulations of freezing rain and sleet late tonight on into early Sunday in the local region. The freezing rain and sleet will turn to rain later on Sunday.
