The Dubois County Bombers announce the promotion of Joe Mundy, retired banker and sports enthusiast, as the new general manager for the 2014 season. Mundy, who worked for the Bombers in sales the past season, was promoted when the position became available with the retirement of prior general manager Skip Kruger.

We are grateful for Skip’s┬ácontributions in helping establish a very successful first year for our new organization form in 2013, and we’re excited to have Joe Mundy ready to step into the G.M. position” according to Mike Uebelhor, managing partner of Dubois County Baseball LLC. “With Joe’s business background, his many business contacts, involvement on various civic boards, and his love of sports, we are fortunate to have him in the front office of the Bombers” concluded Uebelhor.

The Bombers will kickoff the 2014 season the first of June, with head coach Wes Fink, assistant coach Greg Gogel, Casey the Baseball Clown, and the Peaches returning for our second season.

Season tickets and game-day tickets will remain the same price as last year with a new half-season ticket and a Special Bomber 5-Pack ticket package being offered for 2014. Call or email the Bombers office for more information concerning ticket packages. 812.683.3700. dcbombers@psci.net
