Nina Lee Kamman, 69, Huntingburg

Nina KammanNina Lee Kamman, 69, of rural Huntingburg, died Saturday (October 19) at her home. She was born November 26, 1943, in Stendal, to Andrew Oliver and Opal (Hagemeyer) Buse. She married Jack Kamman September 10, 1960, in Holland.

Nina was a homemaker; a member of the Zoar United Methodist Church, and active with the United Methodist Women on both the local and state levels.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Kamman, Huntingburg; two sons, Rick and wife Janet Kamman, Huntingburg, and Mick and wife Randi Kamman, Holland, one daughter, Darla and husband Kevin Werne, Jasper; two brothers, Rex and Don Buse, both of Huntingburg; four sisters, Fay Bullock, Huntingburg, Mary Meyer, Holland, and Sue Tooley and Kay Voegerl, both of Huntingburg; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services 1 p.m. Tuesday at Zoar United Methodist Church in Zoar with burial following in the Zoar Cemetery. Rev. Joe Kamman will officiate. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
